Any golfer putting their name down for an event and failing to turn up without a minimum of one weeks notice, is barred from playing any further events until the cost of the missed day has been settled.

MEMBERSHIP

Golfers may only win (or lose) an event if they played a minimum of 3 events last year, or have played three events in the current year.  Equally, golfers may only be awarded a head cover for coming last if they played a minimum of 3 events last year, or have played three events in the current year.

NORMAL RULES OF GOLF

The normal R&A rules of golf apply to all competitions.

If a scorer or player believes he may have breached a rule, either intentionally or unintentionally, then the scorecard should remain unsigned until such time that the matter has been mutually resolved between the scorer and player by referral to a rules book.

HEAD COVERS

Headcovers may be issued for finishing in last place.

No more than one head cover can be allocated per golfer.

In the event of the last placed golfer already holding a head cover, it shall go to the next worst placed golfer without a head cover.

Headcovers are to be owned for a period of one year.

Breach of Rule = £5 fine
